About this suite
The original Rock Pool suite: 1,150 square feet on one level, entirely self-contained, with no shared hallways and no shared laundry. The living room has a stone fireplace and sliding doors open onto the lawn, with a quiet patio next to the entryway.

The setting
Both suites share the same stretch of riverbank. The Seymour runs along the bottom of the lawn, salmon come through in the fall, and downtown Vancouver is fifteen minutes away off peak.
Good to know
- The river
The riverbank has no fence, and a path leads down to the water. Not a fit for small children who run around and fall off cliffs.
In the fall, a large black bear named Bartholomew roams the river, but he’s interested in the salmon, not people. He’s very chill. Two deer also pass through occasionally.
