About this suite
The newer of the two suites. The kitchen is built around a big island lined with bar stools, with a five-burner gas range, and the living room's sliding door opens straight onto the lawn. The primary bedroom has a picture window on the river, so the first thing you see in the morning is water.

Sofa bed, wall-mounted TV, sliding door onto the lawn with the river beyond.
- Kitchen
Island with bar stools, five-burner gas range, microwave, French-door fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Fully stocked — dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, knives.
- Bathroom
Walk-in shower in terrazzo-style tile with a fold-down wooden bench and a handheld shower. Lighted makeup mirror.
- And throughout
In-suite washer and dryer, towels and bedding provided, off-street parking. Entirely self-contained.
The setting
Both suites share the same stretch of riverbank. The Seymour runs along the bottom of the lawn, salmon come through in the fall, and downtown Vancouver is fifteen minutes away off peak.
Good to know
- The river
The riverbank has no fence, and a path leads down to the water. Not a fit for small children who run around and fall off cliffs.
In the fall, a large black bear named Bartholomew roams the river, but he’s interested in the salmon, not people. He’s very chill. Two deer also pass through occasionally.

- Cancellation

We welcome pets, can provide treats, doggie towels and poop bags, but do ask that you pick up after your dogs.
